Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 2025 · Master Commercial Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Endeavor Academy website (www.endeavoracademy.us) and establish the baseline commercial framework for our specialized knowledge services. Custom enterprise engagements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and bilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) executed in individual Statements of Work (SOWs) supersede general terms herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting requests for proposal, or commissioning delivery pods, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an enterprise or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Core Service Lines
Endeavor Academy provides enterprise knowledge outsourcing across seven specialized capability pillars:
- AI & Data Operations (Prompt engineering, RLHF, multi-turn annotation, safety evaluations)
- Academic Content Development & SME Services (K-12, Higher Ed, STEM, Humanities)
- Digital Accessibility (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA audits, alt-text descriptions, VPAT certification)
- Localization & Multilingual Services (Native linguists across 180+ global languages)
- Editorial & Publishing Support (Dual-blind reviews, copy editing, XML transformations)
- Assessment & Item Banking (Psychometrics, Bloom's taxonomy mapping, adaptive tests)
- Media, Interactive & Technical Platforms (Instructional animations, LTI/LMS tools)
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Client Work Product: Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA), all bespoke content, annotated datasets, test items, and translations created specifically for a client upon full payment shall constitute "work made for hire" and become the sole intellectual property of the client.
Endeavor Pre-Existing IP: Endeavor Academy retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary internal tooling, annotation rubrics, training methodologies, and pre-existing platform infrastructure.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Each party agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality of all proprietary, technical, and commercial information disclosed during the relationship. Neither party shall publicize, disclose client logos, or reference client project names without prior written authorization from an executive officer.
5. Quality Benchmarks & Warranty
Endeavor Academy adheres to strict quality assurance protocols, including automated syntax verification and dual-blind peer reviews aiming for our 99.2%+ accuracy benchmark. Specific remediation timelines, acceptance testing windows, and revision cycles are formally governed by the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
