1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Endeavor Academy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Endeavor Academy provides knowledge services including content creation, editorial services, accessibility solutions, localization & translation, AI & data services, media & creative production, learning delivery, live customer support, web development, and assessment & testing. Specific terms for individual services will be outlined in separate service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Supply necessary materials and access in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines
- Make payments according to agreed terms
- Respect intellectual property rights
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created by Endeavor Academy become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless restricted by NDA.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Endeavor Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
