Endeavor Academy operates as a direct B2B knowledge capacity partner for EdTech platforms, tier-1 academic publishers, and frontier AI labs. All client proprietary assets, curricula, question banks, and AI model prompt datasets are handled under strict bilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and are never repurposed, ingested into public foundation models, or shared across client engagements.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to facilitate commercial service inquiries, pilot project execution, and freelancer/SME network onboarding. This may include:
- Commercial Inquiries: Name, professional work email, company name, phone number, service requirements, and volume specifications submitted via our contact or RFQ portals.
- SME & Freelance Applicants: Curriculum vitae, academic credentials, subject matter specializations, sample portfolio artifacts, and background verification identifiers.
- Technical Usage Data: Standard server logs, IP addresses, browser types, and referring URLs collected to safeguard infrastructure reliability and security.
2. Purpose & Use of Collected Information
Collected information is strictly utilized to:
- Prepare tailored scoping blueprints, capacity schedules, and formal commercial proposals.
- Fulfill contracted delivery milestones across our 7 core service pillars.
- Maintain secure bilateral communications and project tracking dashboards.
- Screen and credential subject matter experts for client-specific delivery pods.
- Comply with applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory audit mandates.
3. Information Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
Endeavor Academy does not sell, license, rent, or trade personal data or client project materials to third parties. Information is disclosed solely to authorized in-house personnel, credentialed SMEs under active NDAs who require access to fulfill project deliverables, or where required by law.
4. Security Architecture & Safeguards
We deploy industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. All data transfers are encrypted via TLS 1.3, internal databases utilize AES-256 encryption at rest, and project access is governed by role-based access control (RBAC). For frontier AI data projects, dedicated air-gapped environments are provided upon client specification.
5. Data Retention & Subject Rights
Commercial inquiries are retained only for the duration of the prospective engagement. Client deliverables and working files are archived or purged in accordance with individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs). You may request verification, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting our compliance officer.
